Founder of STG-3, the RWA community of 250+ C-level executives, and one of the first lawyers to specialize in blockchain and digital assets. Ziv speaks on how tokenized real-world assets move from pilot to institutional scale — law, market structure, and infrastructure in one conversation.
Ziv Keinan has spent more than seventeen years at the intersection of securities law and blockchain infrastructure. He founded Ziv Keinan Digital Assets Lawyers in 2017 — one of the first boutique practices dedicated to digital assets — and co-founded Security Token Lawyers, advising corporations, startups, and regulators across jurisdictions on tokenized securities.
He then crossed from counsel to operator: a founding member of GoodDollar, the eToro-backed universal basic income protocol; founding member and COO of Ownera, the digital-securities network backed by JP Morgan and US Bank; and founder and CEO of Simetria, a regulated secondary market for private-company shares.
Today Ziv curates STG-3, a global community of more than 250 C-level executives advancing the adoption of tokenized real-world assets, hosts its annual RWA London Summit at One Moorgate Place, and serves on the XDC Markets team. He writes and speaks regularly on institutional tokenization, regulation, and the market structure of on-chain finance.
This ledger is a selection — many more of Ziv's talks, panels, and interviews are on YouTube.
Ziv's summits put regulators, banks, exchanges, and Web3 builders on the same stage — Bitstamp, Ownera, Tokeny, GSR, Bullish, and the XDC Network among them. The conversation is practical by design: term sheets, market structure, and what actually clears compliance.
